Vapormatic has introduced two new spring-less, 'ready-to-go' Vacuum Grease Guns into the existing lubrication range. The new models are side lever or pistol grip actuated; both guns are designed to use 400g Din 1284 screw-type cartridges. The new guns offer a much quicker cleaner refill process when compared to a traditional bulk fill grease gun. Simply screw the cartridge into the gun and the vacuum will draw the grease from the cartridge as the handle is pumped, no need for any springs or excess priming.

NEW Side lever action vacuum system grease gun - VLB1080 (Metric)

Side lever grease gun suitable for use with all Din 1284 and standard screw-top 400g cartridges. The spring-less �ready-to-go� design uses a vacuum action for clean loading, safer operation and simple cartridge replacement. The vacuum delivery system uses the full capacity of the cartridge and leaves the cartridge fully emptied. Galvanised steel grease reservoir with ergonomically designed lever mechanism. Supplied with cranked rigid and flexible extension pipe, 1/8" BSP 4 jaw coupler and 5 x follower seals:

Maximum delivery pressure 5,800psi
Delivery per stroke 1.9cm3
Threaded head for connecting 400g screw-in cartridges
Metal barrel housing to accept all standard (DIN1284) cartridges (to be used with re-usable follower inserts - 5 supplied).
Supplied with 1/8" BSP rigid cranked connecting pipe and 1/8" BSP 300mm flexible connecting pipe
Supplied with 1/8" BSP 4 jaw connector

NEW Pistol grip vacuum system grease gun - VLB1081 (Metric)

Single handed, pistol grip grease gun suitable for use with all Din 1284 and screw-top 400g cartridges. The spring-less �ready-to-go� design uses a patented vacuum action for clean loading, safer operation and simple cartridge replacement. The vacuum delivery system uses the full capacity of the cartridge and leaves the cartridge fully emptied. Galvanised steel grease reservoir with ergonomically designed lever mechanism. Supplied with rigid straight and flexible extension pipe, 1/8� BSP 4 jaw coupler and 5 x follower seals.

Maximum delivery pressure 2,900psi
Delivery per stroke 1.1cm3
Threaded head for connecting 400g screw-in cartridges
Metal barrel housing to accept all standard (DIN1284) cartridge (to be used with re-usable follower inserts - 5 supplied).
Supplied with 1/8" BSP straight cranked connecting pipe

NEW Screw top grease cartridges for vacuum grease guns

Vapormatic is pleased to announce the introduction of new 400gr screw top grease cartridges to support the existing quality range of grease products.

The introduction of these cartridges is in response to the growing usage of cleaner vacuum grease guns that mostly use screw top cartridges.

These new 400gr screw top cartridges are available with three different greases, including:-

Multi-purpose grease (VLB1076)
Lithium Complex grease (Red) VLB1073
NEW Lithium Complex grease (Blue) which is water resistant (VLB1075).

These new screw top cartridges can be used with Vapormatic's vacuum grease guns, including:-

Multi Gun Greasing System - Part No. VLB1060

The 'Multi Gun' greasing system is a twin handled, vacuum system grease gun that can use multiple grease cartridge options, including:

Metal barrel housing to accept all standard (DIN1284) cartridges
Threaded head for connecting 500g screw-in cartridges
Adaptor for connecting 400g screw-in cartridges; including 'Lube Shuttle' screw grease cartridges
